Changing or canceling - Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Text or call 214-202-8252.

Missed appointments - Canceling with less than 24 hours’ notice, or not arriving, has a $45 fee. Your time is reserved just for you and is difficult to fill on short notice.

Feeling unwell - Please reschedule if you have a fever, cold or contagious skin condition, such as a cold sore or rash. Let Susan know before your appointment and there is no fee.
