Gift Card Terms
Purchased gift-card funds do not expire, and no inactivity or maintenance fees apply. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Please present your gift card at the time of service. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. Please book in advance to ensure availability.
The $45 missed-appointment fee applies to gift-card bookings and is deducted from the gift-card balance.
If you are unwell, notify Susan before your appointment; the fee is waived.
